Are you struggling with your search rankings, or recently lost traffic to your website? We are looking to help several webmasters for FREE. Why? Because we are eager to test out various SEO software, and what better than a real world test.
Our initial round of applicants will have their website audited using SEMrush, and be provided with a full report, as well as be able to read our detailed report, guidance and recommendations we will post here at The Webmaster for public consumption. We will of course keep your website, keywords, and other identifiable information confidential.
Before you apply, please understand that we will require access to Google Analytics and your search console.
We would also ask that you go away and implement our recommendations, or at least as many as you can, and report back on how your search visibility has improved.
To apply, please send an email to the editor: [email protected]
What do we get out of it?
As we indicated before, we are looking to put several SEO tools to the test. Initially, we will be utilizing SEMrush and following all guidance from their website audit, backlink audit, and content tools. We will also be using our own knowledge to determine if further tools will be required, or if we feel SEMrush has not fully identified all the issues relating to your website.
We will be producing a full tutorial \ article to be published on our website charting the site audit process, and recommendations.
In the end, you will receive a full and comprehensive SEO website audit, and we will publish some excellent content for our readers.
What is our experience of SEO?
Before launching this website in 2013 (it recently rebranded), we undertook on-page SEO for many small businesses, which included in many cases designing and building WordPress websites and general SEO strategy implementation by optimizing the websites structure. Since then, we have followed SEO best practices and updates closely, and report on them frequently on this website.
If you have any questions before applying, feel free to ask in the comments below. We will update this post in due course when we are no longer accepting submissions. Initially, we are looking for two or three websites to help.
Please note that we are not looking for any more volunteers. Check back in a week or so our write-up of our first audited website.
