Exceptionally bad customer service and billed me even though I cancelled
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even though they had cancelled my account, they billed me anyway. They don’t even respond to emails.
Potentially the WORST customers service in this industry. Use Wix instead!
It takes DAYS for a support response and MORE DAYS for any action to be taken following that response. Pathetic that their chat support is of NO assistance at all, and they have no phone support.
Even their social media response is, “We certainly understand your frustration and interest in getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Our experts handle each ticket in the order in which they are received, which does mean that occasionally they can take a bit more time than a standard reply, depending on our case load.”
SO many people are unhappy with Squarespace at the moment. Their support is terrible.
Customer service is everything, and that is where they fail miserably. It is practically non existtent.
SS is good for novice bloggers that don’t need more than a point and click design, but I was going round in circles with a load of drop down FAQ pages. I didn’t expect this.
I had already bought 2 domains, but at least it is not too much to waste in the big scheme of things.
square space is down, website down
I have had so much trouble with square space. There is no phone help. Paid for a whole year, and now looks like I will have to start again with someone else because nothing works.
Once they get your money they don’t care.
They are ok.
Having created a few sites using squarespace they are ok for novice web developers, or if you just need a small website.
The support by Squarespace is no help. There is no phone and live chat is hard to find. Even when you find it you have menus of paragraphs to read and it is hard to use. Their customer service sucks. I have spent all week trying to connect my account to godaddy.
I would think twice about using square space. although their templates are good, their service is bad. This is too frustrating.
