Web Hosting Hub has provided me with a truly easy transition. Working with them was a wonderful experience. When I was with my old host, I was with them as both a shared hosting customer and a reseller. Unfortunately, my old host was far too expensive. To make matters worse, they often failed to respond to basic customer service inquires. They took a negative stance and always blamed the customer. I could never seem to speak with the same customer service rep more than once, too.
After hosting with them, my view of a hosting company did a complete 180. They respond to my support inquires incredibly fast. They are also very involved in preventing problems from arising; I receive emails about any potential issues to eliminate them from growing. The support team helped me transfer all of my sites from my prior host. The upload was flawless and they implemented CPanel backups for all of my sites. No problems occurred whatsoever. The process was simple and outstanding.
I noticed right away that the user interface (UI) is incredibly efficient and easy to navigate. The design is unique and modern. It is apparent that a lot of care and detail were involved in creating the UI. Setting up add-on domains was no problem whatsoever. In fact, the process was surprisingly easy. They are incredibly organizes, and I can not stress that enough.
To be honest, I am as happy as I could possibly be with my decision to switch.
Pros: Timely customer service and an easy, worry free transition.

I have been running various websites online for over a decade now, so I feel like I have a pretty good idea about what to look for in a hosting service. I have worked with both good and bad companies, and it is usually pretty easy to tell the difference. So far, my experiences with Web Hosting Hub have all been on the positive side.
For my most recent site, I knew that I wanted to choose a different hosting service, since I was not happy with the one I previously chose. There are so many different companies out there these days that it can be hard to sort through all of the different choices. A friend of mine recommended this company, so I decided to give them a try.
I have to say that I was impressed from the get-go when it came to Web Hosting Hub. One of their best features is the quality of their customer service. Someone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and they do not just tell me to look at the FAQ. Instead, all of their service people seem to be really knowledgeable and well-informed.
So far, they have not been stumped by any questions that I have asked. Of course, I have not had too many problems with my site so far, so I have only had to call customer service two or three times. Every time, I have gotten a friendly, informative answer that fixed my problem right away.
I am very happy with my choice so far, and if I need more web hosting services in the future, I think I will stick with Web Hosting Hub. They offer great service at a very reasonable price, so they are a great choice in this area.

It’s been a short period of time since I started using webhostinghub.com, but I’m already happy with their service. There’s a number of reasons why I’m so happy, from their service to their hosting performance, but I think I can list it out in one simple word: quality. Webhostinghub is a quality site.
For example, many web hosting companies try to skimp on service. You can send them an e-mail if something goes wrong, and you can hope that they ever get back to you. Webhostinghub, by contrast, has an online chat specifically for customer service. Their chat is always staffed with knowledgeable people who have constantly helped me figure out any and all problems that might have shown up.
Is it expensive? Not comparatively. Certainly there are web hosting places that are cheaper, but they manage to be cheaper by cutting out the quality. They have low amounts of customer service, they sometimes have server issues, and cause websites to be down for days at a time. Webhostinghub, by contrast, rarely has server problems. I’ve only had my site go down once since signing up, and their online chat service helped figure out the problem and get it fixed quickly.
There’s not many other companies that can match webhostinghub for the quality of service you’re going to find. They make sure there’s someone there for you twenty four hours a day, even days a week. Most companies won’t do that, or if they do, they charge an arm and a leg for the service. Webhostinghub, by contrast, charges a simple, easy to pay price.
Is there any doubt that webhostinghub.com is one of the best web hosting sites on the internet? I’d say it may even be the best. I look forward to many years of working with them.
