W3 Total Cache is a WordPress Plugin that caches various aspects of your website to improve website speed. It enables you to integrate third-party CDN's, Minify your CSS, Javascript and HTML.  It caches your Pages, Database queries and Objects.  Their paid version even allows Fragment caching.
